Autumn is approaching and nature is changing colour. Red, purple, rusty brown, gold or maybe even a little snow... Do you want to combine this backdrop with a breathtaking bike adventure? Indian summer in Sölden! A combination of touring to the quiet side in Sölden, enjoying the bike park in all its facets and stopping off at rustic huts with their culinary delicacies. Ideal for improving your riding technique on flow and natural trails. We escape the daily grind and enjoy biking to the full.

Learn objectives:

Basic position, cornering technique, braking technique in extreme situations, steep descents, first experience on natural trails, overcoming obstacles downhill and uphill, steep steps, hairpin bends, small jumps

Requirements: 
You have already gained some experience with biking and have already ridden your first built, possibly natural trails. Braking, slight gradients and cornering are no problem for you.

Equipment: 
- Bike (MTB with disc brakes, can be rented in the sports shop)
- Helmet compulsory
- Protective equipment recommended (can be hired from the sports shop)
- Gloves (long fingers)
- Flat pedals (can be hired from a sports shop)
- Bike clothing suitable for the weather
- Backpack (day trip, 16 litres)
- sunglasses
- Water bottle, small provisions

Not included in the price:
- Lift ticket
- Bike and the corresponding material (can be rented in the sports shop)
- Protective equipment (can be hired from the sports shop)
- Provisions and lunch

Minimum number of participants: 3 persons. Maximum 6 people in the group course (except for day trips, max. 8 persons).
Courses take place under all weather conditions.

For organizational reasons, we can only consider applications until 6 PM the day before at the latest. From 3 persons onwards we can also offer individual courses outside the course program.
